On Thursday, June 6th, 2024, the School of Marine and Environmental Affairs held its graduation ceremony where 33 graduates received their Masters in Marine Affairs.

Our ceremony began with an opening address by SMEA Professor Terrie Klinger, followed by speeches from nominated class speakers Michael Buck and Maya Garber-Yonts. The keynote address was delivered by Vice Councilman Chad Bowechop of the Makah Tribe, with closing remarks by Maya Tolstoy, Dean of the College of the Environment.
