This Fall’s Graduate Climate Conference is being sponsored in part by the School of Marine and Environmental Affairs. The event, which is organized by graduate students for graduate students, is an interdisciplinary opportunity to examine climate change research and collaborate around various approaches to mitigation.
The conference is in its 14th year, and graduate students from hundreds of academic institutions are represented among the attendees. This year’s conference is being organized by graduate students at the University of Washington, who will serve as host. The conference is being offered virtually due to COVID-19.
Applications to deliver an oral or a poster presentation are open now and close on September 1st. The conference runs October 30th to November 1st.
